Health and safety
Xenon aims to do everything reasonably practicable to provide and maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all our employees and ensure our equipment and working practices are safe and offer no hazard to them, our clients, contractors or the general public.
We will conform to all relevant Health and Safety legislation to ensure that managers, supervisors and other staff are made aware of their responsibilities and duties regarding Health and Safety, and that they are given sufficient information, instruction, training and supervision to enable them to carry out their duties effectively.
We take great care to ensure that our staff are familiar with the particular needs of our clients’ buildings through site orientation, fire evacuation procedure and first aid training.
